La'Cassie sixth in Colombia

Australia's Bronson La'Cassie has finished in a tie for sixth behind American Skip Kendall at the Pacific Rubiales Colombia Championship.

La'Cassie fired an impressive final round of four-under 67 to finish three strokes behind Kendall in the Nationwide Tour event.

Kendall closed with an even-par 71 to finish one shot clear of fellow Americans Andres Gonzales and Andrew Svoboda.

Tied for third at eight-under were American duo James Hahn and Kirk Triplett.

Of the other Australians to make the weekend cut, Peter Lonard and Michael Sim shared 13th place at four-under, compatriot Scott Gardiner was a further stroke adrift in equal 20th, while Won Joon Lee tied for 50th at two-over.
